Coeur d’Alene, Idaho – November 3, 2011 – Timberline Resources Corporation (NYSE Amex: TLR; TSX-V: TBR) (“Timberline” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. David Poynton has resigned due to other time constraints effective October 31, 2011 as a director of the Company.
